DMCA and Rights Requests

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Rights holders can request attribution updates, corrections, or removal of material by emailing ali@plinkod.com.

Copyright and rights requests

AllGamesDB respects intellectual-property rights and reviews properly submitted notices of alleged infringement. This page explains a process for copyright, attribution, and related rights requests. For non-DMCA corrections or attribution questions, email ali@plinkod.com with the relevant AllGamesDB URL and supporting information.

Submitting a DMCA notice

To submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send a written notice to ali@plinkod.com. A complete notice should include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the material on AllGamesDB; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Review and interim action

We review complete notices in good faith and may request clarification, supporting information, or evidence of authority before taking action. Receipt of a notice does not mean that a claim has been accepted. Where appropriate, we may remove, disable, correct, or update challenged material while a request is reviewed, and may preserve relevant records as required by law.

Counter-notices

If material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to ali@plinkod.com. A DMCA counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the action resulted from mistake or misidentification; your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and the legally required consent to jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process. We may provide a counter-notice to the original claimant where appropriate.

Good-faith submissions

Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Do not use this process to suppress criticism, competition, fair use, public-domain material, or material you are not authorized to claim. We may decline incomplete, abusive, or clearly unsupported requests.

Other legal requests

If your request concerns a trademark, privacy, defamation, or another legal issue rather than copyright, identify the applicable right, the exact URL, your authority to act, and the remedy requested. We will review the information reasonably provided, but this process does not create an obligation to remove lawful material or waive any rights or defenses.
