Runes to Rune Essence is a Runecrafting spell that allows you revert runes into rune essence, giving back 40% of each rune. At level 81, the spell upgrades with the Runes to Rune Essence Upgrade and increases the extraction efficiency to 60%. Bug: At the moment, players are reporting that the spell does not give the intended 40 or 60%.
