# Agility

Agility is a support skill that allows players to reduce stamina drain, improve mobility, and navigate Ashenfall more efficiently through passive world benefits, active traversal mechanics, and skill spells. At certain levels of this skill, players will be able to increase their carry weight, access shortcuts, and reduce stamina drain on jumping and sprinting.
