# The Radiant's Heart

The radiant's heart is a quest item obtained during Icthlarin's Little Helper after defeating the red dragon found in the Manafem Plains. Subsequent defeats will award more hearts, but the quest giver will not take them and they cannot be destroyed. Assuming one defeats the other 4-5 red dragons (the one northeast of the pyramid only spawns at night) each time they respawn, this item can be a useful tally to keep track of your kill count while grinding for the amulet of glory.
