An effigy with a glowing ball at the Skekven Kara vault gives a stone dwarven tablet, which, after talking to Doric, grants a recipe for the salve amulet. Players will receive a salve crystal (required for creating the amulet) in return for this exchange. Loses 3 durability per hit on undead enemies, meaning it will break after ~833 hits.
