# Redberries

Redberries are a consumable food item that provides 5 sustenance. They are also a Power Level 1 ingredient, which means they can be cooked at a campfire or grill into dried redberries starting at Cooking level 1, and not burnt into burnt redberries at level 12. They can also be used to make redberry infusion, as well as some potions and decorations. They can be collected from redberry bushes in Temple Woods and Bramblemead Valley, Farmed from redberries (Farming) grown from redberry seeds, and found in chests in Ghornfell.
