The chieftain's blade is a power level 3 one-handed weapon, created by combining 10 bronze bars, 2 antlers, and 2 animal bones at a blacksmith's bench. The recipe is learned by consuming the vestige a corroded serrated blade, found in a chest atop the same plateau where you start the Heartstrings quest. It can be ascended at the mystic forge using ascension cores. Unlike many other ascendable vestige and masterwork weapons and armour, this weapon does not have a special effect. It has even lower damage ranges than the wooden training sword, making it the least valuable weapon to ascend.
