The Bramblemead cape is a craftable armour piece. The recipe is unlocked by acquiring the Bramblemead Cape Pattern, found in a chest atop the Runecrafting Guild. Using only Windstep to reach the chest is considerably difficult; it is recommended to do this in combination with building foundations.
